Lyngsoe Library Systems takes over the assets of Codeco

Lyngsoe Library Systems has reached an accord to take over the assets of Codeco with immediate effect. The takeover means that the self-service systems supplied by Codeco, can now be serviced and maintained with original spare parts by Lyngsoe’s service and hotline organization. On top of this, the well-known Codeco self-service systems will still be marketed.

Lyngsoe Library Systems A/S is a subsidiary of Lyngsoe Systems A/S and was founded during the summer 2009 in connection with the takeover of FKI Library Solutions. The acquisition includes all rights to engineering, manufacturing, software, service and intellectual property of Codeco. With the acquisition of both FKI Library Solutions and Codeco, Lyngsoe Library Systems has the most comprehensive and proven product portfolio on the market within self-service systems, sorting, RFID, software integration and service setup for libraries on our primary markets in Europe and the USA.
